Conditions of Booking

Payment Terms:

  • Payment for individual sessions must be made in advance to secure the booking.
  • Payment for packages (6 or 12 sessions) must be made in full before the first session.

Session Scheduling:

  • Clients can book up to four sessions per week, with a maximum of one session per day.
  • Sessions can be a mix of Zoom and in-person based on client preference and availability.
  • Travel surcharges apply to in-person sessions.

Session Changes:

  • Zoom or close vicinity sessions can be rescheduled by the client using Calendly, provided the change is made within the package validity period.
  • Changes to in-person sessions require direct communication and may be limited based on availability.

Travel Surcharge:

  • Travel surcharges apply to in-person sessions based on distance from the base location.

Refund Policy:

General Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Package Refunds:

  • For training packages, if multiple sessions are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, those sessions will be deducted from the package without a refund.
  • Clients must complete all sessions within the package validity period. Extensions beyond this period require prior discussion and approval.

No-Show Policy:

  • If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session will be forfeited.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
